Welcome to My Blog!

I’m not a great writer. 

But at least I’m a human writer.

I've built my coaching business largely on LinkedIn, and I'll continue to use it for networking and conversations. But as AI content has flooded the platform, it's become harder to stand out, and harder to know whose voice you're actually hearing. So I've decided to build something more grounded here, on my own corner of the internet.

This is my second run at having a website. The first one was probably a bit premature. I was early in my coaching career, changing direction often, and the site never quite kept up (or rather, I never quite kept up with it). I needed something I could actually manage myself.

So one Friday morning, I Googled "Wix" to see what it was about. By that afternoon, I had a homepage. The next day, an About page. And now, a blog. Yay, me! I'm happy with how it's coming together.

The goal is for this to become where my content lives.

I'll write about topics that matter to Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs leaders.

Anything that helps you become a more effective, more confident leader. The usual subjects: building relationships, communicating about quality, positioning QA as a business enabler rather than a compliance checkbox, and the skills and habits that support all of it.

I'll also touch on coaching along the way.
