Lesley Worthington, QA Leadership Coach

You want to be the kind of leader people remember.

Let's make that happen.

You're good at this. And you want to be even better.

Whether you're new to leading in Quality or you've been doing it for years and know there's another level available, you're here because you're ready to be more intentional about the kind of leader you become.

I work with QA leaders at all stages. The ones finding their feet in a leadership role for the first time. And the experienced ones who are already operating at a high level and want their leadership skills to keep pace.

After 20 years in quality assurance and several more coaching the people still in it, I know this world from the inside. I know what it takes to lead in it.

How I work

I work from the outside in. We start with what's happening in the room — the politics, the dynamics, the conversations that matter. Then we look at the people around you. Then, we have an honest look at you.

No agenda. No prescribed programme. Bespoke every time.

We start with what's happening right now and work from there.

About me

After 20 years in Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs, I'd seen firsthand how often the people side of the job became the deciding factor. Technical skills got people through the door, but communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills often determined what opportunities came next.

I knew that was where I could make a difference.

Today I help QA professionals strengthen the people skills that build trust, credibility, influence, and leadership effectiveness.

Based in Toronto. Coaching QA professionals around the world.

Let's find out if we're a fit.

No pitch. No pressure. Just a conversation about where you are, where you want to be, and whether I'm the right person to help you get there.
